  Bought a package to start up and 3 personal training sessions. Through very POOR communication from there behalf and me attempting to book with them multiple times over "6 months" I asked to cancel my membership due to them not fulfilling their contract. They would not cancel, put their collection agency (OMG they are relentless) and would not cancel membership or refund my PAID personal trainer fees. I ended up paying out the contract to get away from these criminals. This is the first ever complaint I have ever written about a company. Goodlife Graceville and Goodlife should be ashamed of their service and money grab.

  This is the last remaining Goodlife Club that still has a step class in the afternoon; all other clubs have discontinued their step classes. Also their step instructor is AWESOME! Please keep her coming!

  This is one of the older clubs, in serious need of a refit. It has limited free weights area but a decently stocked functional fitness rooms. The floor surfaces are inadequate for olympic lifts or dead ball work. Classes are on par with other clubs.
